Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Sunny Doodles Arizona and the heart behind my program. My name is Autumn, and my family relocated to Arizona in 2017. I have been intentionally raising Goldendoodles since 2015 with a strong focus on temperament, confidence, and preparing puppies for success in real family life.

This is a very hands-on program, and I take immense pride in the dogs I raise and the foundation each puppy receives before going home. My goal is not simply to raise beautiful puppies, but to thoughtfully develop well-socialized companions with strong human connection, emotional stability, and family-friendly temperaments.

As a mom of four and grandmother of two, my puppies are raised in a busy, loving environment with intentional exposure to everyday life, handling, grooming preparation, socialization, and structured interactions. I am also a Fear Free certified dog trainer, which allows me to incorporate thoughtful, low-stress training and confidence-building methods into my puppy curriculum from an early age.

I truly believe the early experiences puppies receive matter, and I am passionate about helping families bring home a puppy that has been intentionally prepared for a smooth transition into their new home.

At Sunny Doodles Arizona, temperament is always my top priority. While we absolutely love the beautiful colors and coats our puppies produce, my primary focus is raising emotionally stable, confident, and well-socialized companions that are prepared to thrive in real family life.

I have a strong passion for intentionally raising puppies with service, therapy, and facility potential for families and individuals with specific needs. Through thoughtful pairing, early socialization, confidence-building, and structured puppy foundations, I strive to give each puppy the very best start possible.

In 2022, I proudly completed our very first “Sunny Schools Project” facility puppy. This initiative was created to help support qualified schools throughout Arizona by donating specially selected puppies to serve students and staff. Watching these dogs positively impact children, educators, and school environments has been incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to continuing to grow this project in the years ahead.

I truly believe that with intentional breeding, proper socialization, and continued training, families can have the doodle they have always dreamed of. My puppies are raised using thoughtful, modern, and relationship-focused methods designed to build confidence, engagement, and adaptability from an early age.

Over the years, I have worked hard to develop and continue improving my own proven lines with a strong focus on temperament, health, structure, and companionship. All parent dogs are thoroughly health tested, and every puppy is backed by a two-year health guarantee.

Before puppy selections take place, each puppy undergoes temperament assessments to help ensure the best possible match for both the puppy and their future family. Through years of hands-on observation, training experience, and evaluating developing temperaments, I carefully guide placements based on each puppy’s individual personality, confidence level, and family fit.

As a Fear Free certified trainer, I also incorporate low-stress handling, grooming preparation, socialization, and confidence-building exercises into my puppy curriculum to help puppies transition more successfully into their new homes.

What is CGC?

The AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) program is designed to help dogs develop confidence, good manners, and strong foundational skills for everyday life. The program focuses on building a positive relationship between dogs and their owners while encouraging appropriate social behavior both at home and in public settings.

CGC training helps establish important foundational skills such as:

• polite leash walking

• calm social interactions

• basic obedience

• confidence in new environments

• appropriate responses around people and other dogs

The Canine Good Citizen program also provides an excellent foundation for future therapy work, service work, obedience, and other advanced training activities.
