When choosing a breeder, communication and trust matter just as much as the puppy itself. I spend a significant amount of time with every family before a reservation is ever placed — answering questions, discussing temperament, helping match lifestyles, explaining my curriculum, nutrition, training foundations, and making sure each family feels informed and confident moving forward.
Because of the time, education, and personalized guidance provided prior to reserving, reservation fees are non-refundable.
I understand that bringing home a puppy is a big decision, and I never want anyone to feel rushed into it. That is why I strongly encourage a phone call before placing a reservation fee. A conversation gives families the opportunity to ask detailed questions, learn more about my program, and ensure we are the right fit for one another before committing.
Reservation fees secure your place in line for a litter and require me to turn away other interested families once spots begin filling. In addition, I begin investing time into planning placements, communicating updates, and preparing for each puppy’s future home long before pickup day arrives.
My goal is transparency from the very beginning. I want families to feel excited, prepared, and fully confident before reserving a puppy. Open communication helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures the process is positive for everyone involved.
I deeply value the families who trust me with one of the most important additions to their home, and I appreciate the understanding and respect for the time, care, and commitment that goes into every litter and every placement.
